SALES UANTITY
For limited-edition items, sales will end once stock is sold out. Purchase quantity limits may apply to certain products.
DELIVERY TIMING
Unless a specific delivery date and time is requested, orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
(Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the product.)
Our office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, as well as during Golden Week, Obon holidays, and the New Year holidays. During these periods, shipping and customer support services will be suspended.
If identity verification for credit card usage is required, or if there are any issues with the information entered at the time of ordering, shipment may take approximately 7 business days from the order date.
Please note that identity verification procedures take priority even if a delivery date has been specified, and we may not be able to meet your requested delivery schedule.
If additional time is required beyond the usual delivery period, we will contact you separately. Delivery dates may also vary depending on the product.
Please note that deliveries to certain remote areas may take longer than usual.
Delivery delays may occur due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping.
Regarding the Issuance of Receipts
We do not issue receipts at our store.
CANCELLATION
As a general rule, customers cannot cancel orders themselves once the order has been completed.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us through the inquiry form and provide the following information:

Full name
Phone number
Reason for cancellation
Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted for orders that have already entered processing or have already been shipped.
RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of damage upon arrival, defects, malfunction, incorrect items, or incorrect quantities. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and send the item back to our store via cash-on-delivery shipping.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the returned product is unused.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than those stated above.
