Warranty

Warranty Card and Delivery Note

For products that include a warranty card, the warranty card will be enclosed with the shipment of the product. Please keep it in a safe place, as it serves as proof of the seller and date of purchase.

Warranty Period

In accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the warranty card, the warranty period for watches is two (2) years from the date of purchase.

The warranty card is valid only when the purchase date and required information have been completed by an authorized retailer.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Cancellations

As a general rule, customers cannot process cancellations themselves once an order has been completed.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us via the inquiry form with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Telephone number (Example: 070-XXXX-XXXX)
  • Reason for cancellation

Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Orders for which processing has already begun
  • Cancellations requested after shipment has been completed

Returns and Exchanges

Except under the conditions stated below, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference under any circumstances.

Return / Exchange Conditions

If the product arrives damaged, defective, malfunctioning, incorrect, or with an incorrect quantity, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt and return the item to us freight collect.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product remains unused upon arrival.
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for reasons other than those stated above.

Cases Where Returns / Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g. dislike of the product, no longer needed, different from expectations, etc.)
  • Products that have been used, even once
  • Products for which more than seven (7) days have passed since delivery, even if unused
  • Products that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned
  • Products with damaged, stained, or missing delivery notes, product tags, labels, presentation boxes, or other accessories
  • Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer’s possession
  • Cases where the warranty card is not presented, or where the retailer name and purchase date are not stated on the warranty card
  • Sale items
  • Products returned with shipping labels attached directly to the presentation box or packaging

Returns and Exchanges Due to Our Error

If the delivered product differs from the order in quantity, model number, or specifications, or if the product arrives damaged or defective (excluding presentation boxes and packaging materials), please return it to the address provided by email using a courier or postal service.

Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if more than seven (7) days have passed since delivery.

In the Case of an Exchange

If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement product.

Shipping costs in such cases will be covered by our company.
If the item is out of stock, we kindly ask for your understanding that the matter will be handled as a return (see below).

In the Case of a Return

After confirming your request, please send the product together with the delivery note to the return address provided by email.

Refunds

Credit Card Payments

Regardless of whether the payment has already been completed, the transaction will be canceled and the refund will be processed through your credit card company.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made via the payment method originally used by the customer (such as a credit card or Shop Pay).
